A holistic fitness class designed for women. Connecting with the Divine/Source/God/Goddess within you, and is friendly to all fitness levels. Learn to link with your cauldron of power (aka Pelvic Floor & Abdominals), your Life Force energy, and your Higher Wisdom. Incorporating breath, movement, sound + focus to move your way through any stuck/stagnant energy in your body to feel balanced and energized, and leave feeling calm and centered. This class combines styles of African, Indian, + Belly dance with ambient beats that will have you grooving and loving the skin you’re in!
